Jeffrey M. Lierly, CPL

President

Jeff Lierly is the President of Starboard Permian Resources LLC (“Starboard”). Prior to founding Starboard, Jeff was Vice President of Land at OneEnergy Partners, LLC, a Northern Delaware Basin-focused operating company that assembled approximately 12,000 net acres in Lea and Eddy Counties, New Mexico. At OneEnergy, he was responsible for acquisition & divestitures, business development, and all company land functions. Prior to OneEnergy, Jeff held positions as Senior Landman and Area Land Manager at Matador Resources, Landman at Concho Resources and Landman at Chief Oil & Gas. He has over 10 years of industry experience in both the Permian Basin and Marcellus Shale, where he has been employed by some of the most active operators in each respective basin.

Jeff graduated with a B.B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Finance and an MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a Certified Professional Landman through the American Association of Professional Landmen, where he is actively involved and has held numerous leadership positions.
